Order Information

How do I place an order on your website? Simply go to www.philaxia.com, log in with your username and password, choose your stamp lots and then checkout through the shopping cart facility.

Which payment methods does Philaxia.com accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Credit card account will be charged when order is placed. We also accept IBAN/SWIFT bank transfers from EU customers only.

Can I place my order over the phone? Yes! Please call us at +39 338 833 7141 to place your order over the phone. Our office business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM UTC+1 (Berlin and Rome Timezone).

How do I know if a stamp lot is currently available to order? Philaxia.com provides customers with real time lot availability. It may happen that the same lot is ordered in the same time from two different customers, but we have a very large inventory, so it is very difficult it may happen.

How do I know if Philaxia has received my order? Once you complete the checkout process online you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will confirm your purchases and purchase amount.

Is the site secure? Yes, this site follows all recommended security precautions. We adhere to all web security standards when it comes to encrypting your data. We do not store credit card numbers or information in our databases.

Shipping Information

What Countries does Philaxia ship to? Philaxia currently ships worldwide.

How much does shipping and handling cost? We have a Registered Airmail flat rate of € 5.00 for all orders. Orders over € 60.00 get free worldwide shipping.

How and when will my order be delivered? Our orders are shipped by Registered International Airmail within 2 working days after receiving the credit card authorization or the bank transfer confirmation.

How will I know if my order has been shipped After your order is paid and shipping is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping information.

Where can I find my tracking # for my shipment? After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can be taken directly to the tracking page via the link in this email.

Does Philaxia have local delivery from the main office? Yes. For local delivery contact us via email.

Do you include a invoice or prices with the shipments? All orders are shipped with a pack list which includes billing name and address, shipping name and address, products order and prices. If you do not wish to receive any invoice in the letter (sometime wives or husbands do not like us to collect stamps...), please contact us via email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? The Registered Airmail usually takes up to:
- 7 working days to get to all European destinations
- 14 working days to get to North America.
- 21 working days to get to the rest of the world.

What is your returns policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Philaxia accepts returns on all lots within 30 days of delivery.

How secure is my Credit Card and personal information? Your security while shopping online with Philaxia is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
All pages that require you to enter your payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption.

How do I send an item as a gift? If you are ordering an item as a gift, please let us know via email. We will include a gift receipt in the package.
